I found the staff helpful. Segar Sithambaram welcomed us to the island. He remembered our names and inquired about our stay at dinner! Segar even knew about our spa treatments and asked if we enjoyed them. Mages, the restaurant manager, checked if we were comfortable and well-cared for. I felt thankful for their service.

The island transfer costs were unexpected. I found them to be pricey for the boat ride. The hotel should consider including this in the room rate. I found it inconvenient to pay separately for it. This transparency would improve the guest experience GREATLY.
